A leading consulting firm is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Málaga, Spain. The role involves supporting, testing, and maintaining bank's trade finance applications. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in software projects and strong skills in Java, Python, and microservices. The position is hybrid with a good range of benefits including private medical insurance and training opportunities.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience using the required technologies, ideally in digital transformation corporate projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requested functionalities and develop the services and operations that form the application.
• Draft all technical documentation required according to Development Policies.
• Test and certify the software produced.
• Package solutions for correct deployment of software.
• Identify training or upskilling needs for software development processes.

Conocimientos

Wide experience in software lifecycle projects

Experience in backend applications (Java 8 or higher / Python / Kafka)

Experience in development of microservices with event-driven architecture

Experience with SQL and Crystal Report

High level of English

Agile methodologies

Continuous Integration (Git, GitHub, Jenkins)

Banking International Trade business

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
