FEG in Madrid is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Group Technology Team in a hybrid capacity. The role involves designing a Player Account Management platform and requires strong Java and Spring Boot experience.

The successful candidate will have over 8 years of backend engineering experience, manage core services, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience in systems where correctness and reliability mattered.
• Production experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement core services within an event-driven architecture.
• Build asynchronous workflows with strong guarantees.
• Manage schema evolution with zero-downtime migrations.

Conocimientos

Strong Java and Spring Boot experience

Backend engineering experience

SQL knowledge

Understanding of concurrency and transactions

Experience with distributed systems

Fluent English

Educación

Higher education diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
