Perk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end feature lifecycles, from discovery with product to deployment and impact measurement. You’ll build reliable, scalable systems in a global platform, working in small squads with autonomy and accountability.

You will influence architecture, elevate engineering standards, and mentor teammates while embracing AI-assisted development and rapid iteration in a hybrid, IRL-first environment.
