Lodgify, a fast-growing scale-up in the vacation rental industry, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Barcelona. You will strengthen observability, reliability, and production excellence across cloud, Kubernetes, and shared services.

You will own SLIs/SLOs, improve incident response, automate repetitive tasks in Python, and mentor teams toward stronger production ownership. The role offers remote flexibility and a vibrant, international team.

Formación

• 7+ years of production experience operating Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response, toil reduction.
• Ability to design and improve observability with metrics, logs, traces, and golden signals.

Responsabilidades

• Define meaningful SLIs, SLOs, and reliability targets for the platform.
• Collaborate with software teams to implement best practices for observability and reliability.
• Strengthen production readiness through ownership, runbooks, scaling assumptions, and rollback paths.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud, Kubernetes, and shared infrastructure.
• Build actionable observability using Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana; automate repetitive tasks with Python.
• Implement internal developer platform features via APIs and Kubernetes operators.
• Improve deployment safety, rollbackability, and release observability.
• Enhance reliability of stateful systems such as databases, caches, queues, and streaming platforms.
• Participate in on-call, incident response, and post-incident reviews; drive concrete improvements.
• Conduct disaster recovery drills and optimise cloud usage for cost and efficiency without compromising reliability.
