HostPapa Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure CloudBlue SaaS platforms' reliability, scalability, and observability globally. You will define SLIs/SLOs, drive fault-tolerant architectures, automate toil, and lead incident response with DevOps and Engineering teams.

Strong Linux, container, and scripting skills are required, with experience in Datadog, Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana. This is a remote opportunity prioritizing candidates based in Spain, offering career development

Formación

• Experience as SRE/DevOps/Production Engineer owning production systems.
• Proven ability to operate highly available multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on with observability/monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana).
• Strong Linux networking and distributed systems fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for CloudBlue services.
• Influence architecture for reliability, scalability, and operability.
• Automate and reduce operational toil.
• Operate observability stack across metrics, logs, and traces.
• Develop alerting strategies and dashboards for platform health.
• Maintain high-availability architectures with redundancy and DR strategies.
• Perform capacity planning, load testing, and performance optimization.
• Lead incident coordination and blameless post-mortems.
