The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in site supervision, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include managing site organization, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and preparing project reports. The role requires flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time within the EU.

Formación

• 10+ years as a Site Supervisor / Commissioning Supervisor.
• Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with Schneider Equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Draft and monitor project schedules.
• Manage project budget and resources effectively.
• Prepare and send monthly status and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
