A leading real estate company in Madrid seeks an EXPERIENCED SHOPPING CENTER OPERATIONS LAWYER M / F to provide legal advice on contracts and co-ownership matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience preferably in real estate, a Legal Bachelor’s Degree, and be fluent in Spanish and English. This role offers opportunities within an international team focusing on sustainable urban development.

• 5+ years experience in advising contracts ideally in a similar company or top law firm.
• Good command of technical aspects including service provider contracts, marketing contracts, and lease contracts.
• Fluent in Spanish and high-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Advise shopping center management teams on legal aspects of contracts.
• Provide internal legal advice related to service commercialization.
• Draft and review minutes of Co-Ownerships.
