Formación

• 5+ years hands-on SFMC experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Operations and enterprise lifecycle marketing frameworks.
• Designing multi-channel customer journeys and trigger-based programs.
• Strong client-facing consultancy skills leading workshops and managing executive expectations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SSJS, AMPscript, HTML/CSS for custom SFMC solutions.
• Advanced data management incl. SQL, audience segmentation, governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, and client teams to ensure seamless enterprise delivery.
• Architect tailored end‑to‑end Catalyst solutions across global client base.
• Configure advanced SFMC workflows, custom scripts, and automated processes.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical specifications and data models.
• Establish QA/testing standards to ensure reliability of configurations and features.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive technical excellence across projects.
