CoreX Corp is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in the Guadalajara metro area, with partial work-from-home flexibility. You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality goals are met while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires mentoring junior teammates, supporting pre-sales scoping, and managing stakeholder communications with senior executives.

Formación

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely delivery across teams.
Inspection skills to validate deliverables and ensure quality.
Logistics management to coordinate resources across multiple workstreams and locations.
Extensive experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise SaaS implementation projects.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and manage executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Spanish is beneficial.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, and ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
