A leading global consultancy in Málaga is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to manage and implement complex business processes. The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, advanced certifications, and proficiency in multiple programming languages. Formación

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages.
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and HRSD.
• Knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development.
• Understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 – C1).

Responsabilidades

• Direct the development and implementation of intricate business processes.
• Analyze business requirements at all stages of development.
• Lead a team of consultants during projects or design ServiceNow solutions.

Conocimientos

Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture

Experience in product customizations

Experience in project activities as a Developer

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economic field
