Growth Partners Media is seeking a Senior SEO Campaign Specialist to own campaigns, build links, run audits, and drive growth for B2B and SaaS clients.

This is a hands-on, remote role focused on execution and problem-solving, with mentorship from the founder and opportunities to expand into AI visibility and technical SEO.

Compensation ranges from $2,500 to $3,400 per month, with Europe-based teammates and international clients; we hire in Eastern Europe and prefer candidates within Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of genuine SEO experience with hands-on link-building.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end SEO campaigns and audits.
• Strong analytical skills and creative outreach.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own complex SEO and off-page campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Personally acquire high-quality backlinks and manage outreach.
• Conduct backlink, competitor and off-page SEO analysis.
• Review target pages and anchor strategies.
• Lead outreach campaigns and develop new angles.
• Collaborate across SEO disciplines including technical and AI visibility.
• Explain recommendations clearly to clients.
• Coach other specialists and contribute to process improvements.
