A leading technology company seeks a Senior Security Engineer to protect digital assets and implement robust security strategies. You will need over 8 years of experience in Security Engineering, particularly with Active Directory, Entra ID, and automation scripting. This full-time position is located in Spain, and offers a collaborative environment to tackle cyber threats with the latest technology.

Formación

As a Security Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and protection of an organization's digital assets. Your expertise will be focused on configuring, managing, and optimizing security of the products to detect, prevent, and respond to various cyber threats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust security strategies that safeguard the organization's systems, networks, and data. The position is a full-time permanent role, and you will report to our regional Leader.

What you need to have is:

  1. 8+ Years of total Security Engineering experience
  2. Experience with AD, Entra ID and Sentinel
  3. Experience with PurView and Copilot
  4. Strong understanding of EDR, device compliance, and threat analytics
  5. Experience with MDE integration into broader SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Sentinel)
  6. Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)
  7. Strong documentation and incident reporting skills
  8. Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: AZ-500/MS-500, SC-100, SC-300 etc. is an advantage
  9. Deep understanding of modern cyber threats, attack techniques, and security mitigation strategies.
