Allianz Technology is seeking a hands-on Senior Security Architect / Lead Engineer to own and elevate security for cloud database platforms (Oracle on OCI and PostgreSQL). You will define security strategy, lead a security squad, and partner with platform, operations and governance teams.

You will translate regulatory requirements into robust engineering controls, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on while delivering strategic impact in a highly regulated, international environment.

Formación

• Strong hands-on security experience with Oracle Database and PostgreSQL in cloud.
• Deep knowledge of OCI security, networking and cloud DB infra.
• Experience with identity-based access and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CIS Benchmarks, or DORA.
• Proven track record leading or tech-leading teams in Agile/DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Design secure end-to-end architectures for Oracle DB (OCI) and PostgreSQL.
• Enforce Zero Trust controls for cloud DB environments.
• Lead threat modelling and translate risks into engineering controls.
• Own identity and access integration with Microsoft Entra ID (OAuth/OIDC, CA, PIM).
• Establish vulnerability management and DevSecOps practices across the DB platform.
• Lead audits and drive remediation actions with cross-functional teams.
