SPD Technology is seeking a Senior SDET to design, develop, automate, and execute tests across front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions and contribute to a fast-paced Roche sequencing project.

You will build multi-module automation using API and UI testing tools, create BDD scenarios, and integrate tests into GitHub Actions. The role is fully remote with flexible US-friendly hours and a focus on performance.

Formación

• Proficient in Java 17+ with production-grade code.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and Gherkin.
• Strong UI automation experience using Playwright/Selenium with Page Object Model.
• Solid REST API testing knowledge and HTTP client libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain a multi-module automation framework for API and UI testing.
• Write BDD scenarios (Cucumber/Gherkin) and implement step definitions.
• Build API tests with Retrofit/OkHttp and UI tests with Playwright (Page Object Model).
• Integrate tests into GitHub Actions with parallel, multi-environment execution.
• Produce actionable reports (Allure, Cucumber HTML) and collaborate on coverage.
• Contribute as a tester within a Scrum team, aiding sprint planning and delivery.
