Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain seeks a Lead Scrum Master to build, coach and lead up to three high-performing Agile teams in a SAFe environment. You will ensure Scrum practices, facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, remove delivery impediments and drive team maturity.

In this role, you will lead Scrum of Scrums, promote Agile adoption, and support Agile methodologies in strategically important areas, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish agile values, methods, principles and practices for delivery across multiple teams.
• Coach and mentor self-organized teams in agile standards.
• Create standard processes to provide a Scrum framework.
• Lead Sprint ceremonies: daily standups, retrospectives, planning, backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog management for effective Sprint planning.
• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums to manage dependencies.
• Ensure delivery of user stories within the Sprint.
• Remove impediments with key stakeholders.
• Provide Agile delivery coaching beyond own teams.
