Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a Scrum Master for its Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure Tribe to elevate team collaboration and agile maturity. You will coach squads, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery. You will also guide career development and promote a feedback-driven environment with HR alignment.

The role emphasizes empowering teams, fostering psychological safety, and collaborating with Product Owners and leadership across multiple locations.

Qualifications

A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum with servant leadership and coaching experience.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to coach squads and collaborate with Product Owners and HR.
Experience in technical environments or engineering teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader and coach to the squad.
Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow.
Support continuous improvement and agile best practices.
Conduct one-on-one sessions and support career development.
Foster open feedback and psychological safety.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog.
Serve as first contact for HR topics and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with HR and leadership on performance management and talent development.
