Exalate is pioneering integration platforms and seeking a senior leader to shape architecture and build a high-performing team. You will mentor engineers, design large-scale systems, and drive integration solutions across services and tools.

Formación

• 6+ years in software development, preferably with 3+ in one language
• 5+ years embracing XP practices (Pairing, TDD, CD, TBD)
• Team player with willingness to help and uplift others
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• English knowledge at least B2 level in writing, listening and speaking

Responsabilidades

• Build and guide a world-class engineering team
• Mentor and drive technical excellence across the group
• Collaborate closely with team to deliver high-quality software
• Architect and tackle complex engineering problems
• Dive deep into design, architecture, and scalable infrastructure
• Champion quality through pairing and code reviews
• Develop new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance
