Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer specialized in SASE, focusing on Prisma Access for enterprise clients. You will be the technical backbone, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to shape our SASE offerings.

You will resolve complex networking and security challenges, manage high‑priority incidents, and ensure deployments align with best practices, while working a late evening to night rotation schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years in a technical support or systems engineering role.
• Strong networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPNs).
• Solid understanding of security concepts (NGFW, ZTNA, SWG, CASB).
• Proficiency with network/API troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, MTR, Curl).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resolution of complex technical issues across Prisma Access and cloud-managed services.
• Debug routing and connectivity in hybrid environments, including SD‑WAN and BGP peering.
• Perform packet and log analysis to provide thorough RCA for high-priority incidents.
• Serve as technical point of contact for premium enterprise accounts and advocate for best practices.
