Westernacher Consulting is seeking a senior SAP TM Architect to lead end-to-end logistics transformations across multinational projects. You will design end-to-end SAP TM solutions, mentor consultants, and engage with C-level stakeholders through pre-sales and delivery phases.

You bring 9–10+ years of SAP TM experience, multi-project leadership, and strong cross-module expertise. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Formación

• Minimum 9–10+ years of SAP Transportation Management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full‑cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong cross‑module expertise to design robust end‑to‑end logistics solutions.
• Strong configuration and solution design skills with an architectural mindset.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management including C‑level interaction.
• Experience across multiple industries with logistics and transportation processes.
• Experience in pre‑sales and business development activities.
• Strategic thinking with project and solution leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end SAP solution architectures based on SAP TM.
• Translate business strategies into scalable SAP designs.
• Own solution architecture decisions across projects and align with roadmaps.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guide solutions.
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers for quality across streams.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and client presentations.
