Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an experienced Deploy Experienced Process Analyst for MAKE Quality Management (QM) to drive global SAP QM deployment within the Transcend program. The role ensures end‑to‑end quality processes, integration with NextGen QS, and real‑time non‑conforming material handling.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QM, strong SAP S/4HANA QM knowledge, and proven leadership in global ERP transformations within regulated environments.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Quality Management in GxP‑regulated environments.
Strong SAP S/4HANA QM expertise including batch management and release workflows.
Experience leading SAP implementations with CSV and regulatory inspection considerations.

Responsibilities

Global Functional Ownership and Deployment of SAP QM capabilities.
Provide leadership and coaching for QM SMEs and analysts.
Lead solution delivery, testing and hypercare for QM capabilities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and QA.
