Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a Release Manager Reporting & Analytics to oversee reports, KPIs, and analytics across SAP S/4HANA transformation releases. You will manage deployment calendars, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights supporting operational excellence.

The role requires strong experience in data reporting, BI, and SAP data structures within regulated industries, with a focus on quality and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles.
• Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence.
• Understanding of SAP data structures.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the deployment calendar for reports, KPIs, and analytics across multiple releases.
• Define scope and timelines with key stakeholders and ensure data integrity.
• Deliver tailored reporting solutions and drive operational excellence.
• Lead UAT, acceptance of reports, and post-release reviews.
