Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain seeks a senior leader to drive 3PL WMS integration and standardization across the global distribution network. You will define integration requirements, align processes, and partner with IT, regional teams, and 3PL partners to ensure scalable execution.

The role requires 8–10 years in supply chain operations, strong governance and stakeholder management, and experience with WMS/TMS implementations.

Qualifications

Minimum 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination.
Experience defining and improving operational processes and governance across cross-functional teams.
Experience shaping and implementing WMS/TMS integrations.
Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
Lean Six Sigma and ADKAR are desirable.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain business process integration requirements for 3PL WMS across the global network.
Support end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points between J&J systems and 3PL WMS.
Establish standardized business process requirements and operating models for asset-light framework.
