Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager in Spain to lead complex SAP transformation projects for international clients. You will own project delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams and help customers achieve sustainable business outcomes through SAP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex SAP projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools and delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall).
• Ability to develop detailed project/resource plans and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related solutions (EWM, TM, Yard, IBP).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel for client projects.

• Lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects from planning through successful delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign responsibilities and maintain alignment across project stakeholders

Your Expertise

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects in an SAP environment
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools and delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall
• Proven ability to develop detailed project and resource plans and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Execution solutions such as SAP EWM, SAP TM or Yard Management, or Supply Chain Planning solutions such as SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Confident stakeholder management, relationship‑building, communication and presentation skills
• Professional fluency in English & Spanish
• Willingness to travel when required by client projects
