Westernacher Consulting in Spain seeks a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead SAP IT projects across industries. You will develop plans, manage budgets, coordinate teams and drive project success.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; occasional travel may be needed. The role offers a hybrid working model within an international, innovation-driven environment. Join a 1000+ consultant global firm and contribute to diverse, high-impact SAP initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a SAP background
• Experience in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) and/or Supply Chain Planning (IBP, SAC) and/or S/4HANA as a SAP Project Manager or Senior Consultant is a strong advantage
• PM methodology proficiency, including Waterfall and Agile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience with work management tools and platforms (Jira, Signavio)
• Proficiency in Project Planning with ability to create detailed project and resource plans
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills; team-oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (other languages like German, French, Italian are a plus)
• Willingness to travel as required by projects

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IT projects
• Develop and maintain IT project plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgets
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects
• Prepare project status reports
• Drive decisions to ensure the success of projects, taking into account timing, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits

Your Skills And Experience

• More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects with a SAP background
• Experience in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) and/or Supply Chain Planning (IBP, SAC) and/or S/4HANA as a SAP Project Manager and/or Senior Consultant is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Project Management methodology, project planning tools, and techniques; Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (nested functions, formulas, text functions) and excellent PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience with work management tools and platforms (Jira, Signavio etc.)
• Proficiency in Project Planning – the ability to work with a project team to create a detailed project plan and resource plan from rough order of magnitude documentation
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, and the ability to function successfully in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (other languages such as German, French,Italian are an advantage)
• Readiness to travel if the project tasks require it
