Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep SAP MES expertise to lead complex manufacturing execution system implementations within our pharmaceutical clients. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate IT, operations, quality and regulatory stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining GMP and regulatory compliance.

You will optimize processes through data-driven solutions, manage multi-site deployments, and mentor junior PMs,

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years managing SAP MES implementations in life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA and EMA regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading multi-site, cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementations, interfaces and upgrades in multi-site pharma environments.
• Manage cross-functional teams including IT, operations, quality and regulatory stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and mentor junior project managers.
