Strada is seeking a SAP HR consultant to join our international team. You will analyze client business processes, configure SAP HR modules, and support payroll and time functionality across multiple countries.

Travel is required as part of the role, with responsibilities including requirements gathering, solution design, and client training to ensure successful deployment of our ERP solutions.

Formación

• Experience in the functional domains, understanding the system requirements, translating those into technical specifications.
• Experience in planning work, quality controls, communication and coordination with team agents.
• Ability to interact across other business lines of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
• Has Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including payroll-related modules
• Performs analysis of current customer business processes and gathers detailed requirements
• Makes estimates of time and resources required
• Plans configuration and defines business processes in terms of requirements
• Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to requirements
• Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application
• Provides training on areas of specialization
• Supports the client on the functioning of the application
