Responsibilities

Which tasks can you expect?

• Design and manage integrations between SAP and other systems like SuccessFactors, Workday, Workforce Software etc.
• Ensure technical quality and good performance of integration solutions.
• Solve technical problems in integrations within SAP.
• Maintain and develop SAP products.
• Create and maintain web services.

Qualifications

What do you have to offer?

• Years of experience: 5+ years of SAP integration within complex HRIS projects, like Workday-SAP HCM integrations.
• Functional knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of business processes within SAP module (HCM).
  • Knowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practices.
• Technical knowledge:
  • Extensive experience with SAP ABAP 4, Web services, IDoc, RFC, PECI and other integration tools.Mastery of ABAP programming and advanced data transformation logic.
  • Extensive experience with large-scale data migrations and integrations.
  • Familiarity with advanced middleware technologies and API management.
• Certifications: SAP certifications in ABAP is nice to have.
• Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Leadership skills: Able to mentor medior consultants.
• Client-facing skills: Frequently interacts with clients to provide strategic consultation on integration solutions.
