Aquiva and Hapi are seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for Loyalty Management, with deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, data model, security, and integration patterns. You will triage incidents, analyze logs, and communicate clearly with clients to resolve issues within SLA.

The role emphasizes autonomy, cross-team collaboration across time zones, and practical debugging skills in complex environments.

Formación

• Hands-on Salesforce Loyalty Management experience (not just certification).
• Deep Salesforce data and security model knowledge (profiles, permission sets, sharing).
• Experience with production support: incident triage, severity assessment, SLA adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Hypothesis-driven debugging under time pressure with incomplete information.
• Clear written communication with clients while incidents are open.
• Decide when to continue digging vs. escalate or escape.
• Autonomously collaborate with teams across time zones.
• Proactive issue isolation and cross-system troubleshooting.
