Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Pharmaceutical Sector)
Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Journey & Automation Orchestration, monitor and maintain workflows built inside Journey Builder and Automation Studio, including multi-org connector setups.
- Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) across multiple international markets.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of Integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, Data Cloud, and other source systems.
- Security, Privacy & Compliance tasks, ensure compliance with PDPA / GDPR / regional privacy laws and deep knowledge in Consent & Preference management.
- Documentation accountability, create and maintain implementation documentation.
- Perform impact assessments.
- Incident resolution and monitoring.
- Collaborate with System Lead, developers and leadership in coordinating tasks to ensure quality and sustainable delivery.
Required Skills:
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Developer, Consultant, or Administrator)
- Knowledge in database management system like PostgreSQL will be added value.
- Business analysis, system design and requirement specification, project coordination and system integration.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Autonomous approach to their tasks with a strong sense of ownership.
- Professional level English speaker.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of recent experience in Salesforce solution delivery, with a deep specialization in Marketing Cloud, must have System Integration experience and System Migration experiences would be a plus.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in SFMC modules, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, and Microsites.
- Database Knowledge: Strong knowledge in data modeling, data lifecycle & governance such as data retention strategies, data archiving approaches, data ownership & stewardship, data traceability, and data integration knowledge such as source of truth concept, batch vs real time data integration, duplication, and synchronization risk.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Methodology: Strong background in Agile delivery and Product Development Lifecycle.

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join one of our key partners for a new project. The contract is long-term with scope for extension .
