Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Barcelona is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and evolution of Waygate Technologies' Salesforce ecosystem as it integrates with Hexagon.

You will lead international teams across Barcelona, acting as the technical reference for Salesforce initiatives to deliver scalable, secure solutions supporting customer, sales, and service processes.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience developing Salesforce solutions.
• 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects or technical teams.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required; additional certifications desirable.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related apps.
• Define the Salesforce technical roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Drive Salesforce integration activities including data migration, workflow automation, and interface development.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Review designs, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems and data platforms.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Support release management, deployment planning, and platform optimization.
• Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring security and long-term maintainability.
