Job summary

Getnet is seeking a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations) in Madrid, Spain. You will work on Apex, LWC, and APIs to deliver scalable CRM solutions across Sales and Service Cloud, with emphasis on integrations and data synchronization.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience, strong API integration skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. Hybrid on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on development with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows; unit tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and standard platform capabilities.
• Translate requirements into technically viable Salesforce components, automations and integrations.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions with unit tests and debugging.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, events, and data synchronization, coordinating with integration and security teams.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Genesys when required.
• Collaborate with business, CRM and Tech teams to translate processes into technical solutions.
• Contribute to data models, automation, security, roles and connections with platforms like Databricks, Data Lake or Azure.
• Apply best practices through code reviews, version control, and documentation.
