Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team. The role focuses on delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales/Service Clouds, building lightning components, and driving SDLC-compliant processes.

You will work in a self-managed way with accountability for multiple applications and collaborate in a bilingual business environment. Requirements include 3+ years of Salesforce development, Apex/Visualforce/SOQL expertise, and a Salesforce Platform Developer I

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to other clouds.
• Experience developing lightning components.
• Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall SDLC principles.
• Self-management with accountability for applications.
• Professional English communication in intercultural environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.
• Other Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Job Description:

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience leveraging technology for marketing and driving innovative customer relationships.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team

Main responsabilities:

• Develop software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.
• Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
• Asses, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures.
• Review code for potential performance issues, reusability and/ or anomalies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Salesforce Expertise: +3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with solid mastery of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
• Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Salesforce. Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds is highly welcome.
• Experience in developing lightning components.
• Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus
• Should be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applications
• Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus (capable of handling business communication in intercultural environments).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.
• Any other Salesforce certification is a plus
