The Role:

To deliver Company’s growth objective by optimizing the sales & distribution of all Almarai product range in his designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics. Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

  • 3 years Supervisory experience in van sales environment; Experience in system bases sales operation.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English and verbal in Arabic
  • Driving License.
  • Competencies such as; Supervisory skills; Numerical & analytical; Knowledge of market dynamics/ trade channels; Ability to lead multi-cultural team; Coaching/ training skills.
