Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years in integrated product design for robotics or medical devices.
• 2+ years supporting commercial teams or customer engagement.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical/electromechanical design and prototyping.
• Advanced SolidWorks capability.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and recommend optimised solutions.
• Translate complex customer requirements into engineering specifications.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate technical capability across the team.
• Communicate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide hands-on support for pre- and post-sales technical engagement.
• Work cross-functionally to shape new products and improve application performance.
