Indra Space in Madrid is seeking a highly experienced SAFe System Coordination Lead to drive system integration and coordination across complex, multi-vendor environments. You will lead program- or solution-level activities, align dependencies, and ensure delivery across distributed teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep SAFe knowledge, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Fluency in English and proven telecom or space domain expertise are essential.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale IT or telecommunications projects.
• Proven SAFe experience at Program or Solution level.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telecom domains such as Satellite Communication or Network Systems.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly experienced SAFe System Coordination Lead to operate at Program or Solution level, driving system integration and coordination across complex, multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of SAFe frameworks, and proven experience in telecom or space-related domains such as Satellite Communication or Navigation.

• Drive integration across complex architectures, ensuring consistency and system-level alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams in international environments.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
• Ensure effective usage of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for tracking and documentation.
• Operate within multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale IT or telecommunications projects.
• Proven experience working in SAFe environments, preferably at Program or Solution level.
• Strong experience in system integration and coordination of complex architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and subsystems.
• Experience in telecom domains such as Satellite Communication, Satellite Navigation, or Network Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in systems and Jira (5–10 years experience).
• Strong knowledge of user management and documentation tools (Confluence, Inbenta, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in highly complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Professional fluency in English.
