Quipu, part of TeamSystem, is hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to evolve our SaaS platform used by thousands of customers daily. You will join a skilled Product and Technology team building backend features, improving scalability, and delivering robust services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work across the stack with Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, and AWS, participate in Agile ceremonies, and take ownership of end-to-end developments while upholding code

Formación

• Strong experience as a Backend Developer with Ruby on Rails.
• Solid understanding of designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Focus on code quality, testing, and software development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and propose efficient solutions.
• Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented mindset.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Improve and maintain the existing SaaS product while developing valuable new features.
• Build backend solutions using Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
• Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including refinement, estimation, technical analysis, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the development team.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute your expertise to discuss and define technical approaches and solutions.
• Take ownership of your developments end-to-end, ensuring quality standards and best practices are followed.
