TeamSystem | Quipu is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to strengthen our SaaS platform used by thousands of freelancers, SMEs, and accounting firms across Spain. You will build backend solutions, maintain and improve features, and contribute to an agile lifecycle with a cross-functional team in a hybrid Madrid-based model.

Formación

• Strong experience as a Backend Developer with Ruby on Rails.
• Solid understanding of designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Focus on code quality, testing, and software development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and propose efficient solutions.
• Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented mindset.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Improve and maintain the existing SaaS product while developing valuable new features.
• Build backend solutions using Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
• Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including refinement, estimation, technical analysis, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the development team.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute your expertise to discuss and define technical approaches and solutions.
• Take ownership of your developments end-to-end, ensuring quality standards and best practices are followed.

Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to help us continue evolving our SaaS product.

You will join a highly skilled Product and Technology team, actively contributing to the development of new features and the continuous improvement of a platform used by thousands of customers every day.

Your work will have a direct impact on the quality, scalability, and future evolution of the product.
