BBVA is seeking an experienced professional to join the RCS Engineering area, shaping the internal control of TIC risks within Corporate Security and Financial Crime Prevention. The role focuses on overseeing AI-related risk, maintaining risk frameworks, and collaborating across disciplines to strengthen information security and fraud controls.

• University degree in a relevant field (Engineering/IT) with strong risk and governance awareness.
• Experience in IT risk, security, fraud, or ICT architecture.
• English proficiency; knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform internal control of TIC risks for Corporate Security and Financial Crime Prevention.
• Integrate risks related to AI adoption across internal and external contexts as part of TIC risk controls.
• Supervise identification and mitigation of Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Authenticity risks of TIC assets.
• Design risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor risk appetite for TIC-related activities.
• Coordinate with leaders across Corporate Security and Financial Crime Prevention to drive risk mitigation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reference frameworks for Information Security, Digital Fraud, and AI governance; participate in risk exercises and regulatory reviews.
• Contribute to evolution of tools, procedures, and protocols for the RCS Engineering function.
• Execute and document an annual Risk Assessment for Information Security and Digital Fraud risks.
