Skydance Media in Madrid, MD, ES is seeking an experienced Rigging TD for an on-site, full-time role. The position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic and evolving culture focused on high-quality, storytelling-driven animation.

The ideal candidate has extensive facial and body rigging experience, strong Maya and Python scripting skills, and a deep understanding of production pipelines. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in VFX or animation industries.
• 3+ years in the animation industry.
• Strong artistic and technical rigging skills.
• Proficiency in Maya in a production environment.
• Experience with sculpting tools in Body, Face and Shot-Finaling.
• Advanced Python scripting follows coding standards including Qt Interfaces and UX.
• High English level; Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Has strong facial deformation and body rigging experience.
• Sculpts expressions with strong artistry.
• Develops and maintains procedural rig components focused on deformation.
• Produces complex production-ready rig deformations per brief.
• Collaborates with Animators to assist deformation rigs and broaden motion range.
• Troubleshoots rig issues and tunes behavior.
