INSTER - Grupo Oesía is seeking a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to join their multidisciplinary engineering team in Getafe. This role focuses on the design and development of phased array antennas for advanced radar and space systems. Candidates should have a solid background in RF antenna design and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

¡We are looking for a highly experienced Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on advanced radar and space systems. This role will lead the design, development, validation, and industrialization of phased array (AESA) antennas, contributing to cutting‑edge programs in defense and satellite technologies.

What are we looking for?

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in RF antenna design and development, including phased array systems.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic simulation and RF design tools such as CST, HFSS, and ADS.
• Expertise in passive integration and RF technologies such as PCB design, waveguides, LTCC, thin‑film, radomes, FSS, and feeding networks.
• Strong background in radar, communication systems, or integrated antenna platforms. Experience working under structured development and verification frameworks (e.g., ECSS or similar).
• Professional level of English, with the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems (from requirements to production).
• Drive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands (X, S, etc.).
• Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams: mechanical, RF, FW/SW, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Develop and execute verification & validation plans (RF, environmental, thermal, mechanical).
• Oversee antenna measurements (anechoic chamber, near‑field, far‑field).
• Support industrialization processes, including manufacturing documentation and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to ESA / ECSS–based projects and compliance frameworks.
