INSTER - Grupo Oesía is seeking a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to join their multidisciplinary engineering team in Getafe. This role focuses on the design and development of phased array antennas for advanced radar and space systems. Candidates should have a solid background in RF antenna design and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

Formación

• Solid experience in RF antenna design and development, including phased array systems.
• Expertise in passive integration and RF technologies.
• Strong background in radar, communication systems, or integrated antenna platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems.
• Drive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands.
• Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems.
