Job summary

Grupo Oesía in Madrid is seeking a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to drive the design, development, validation and industrialization of AESA antennas for advanced radar and satellite programs. You will lead end-to-end development of phased array systems across frequency bands and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong RF design and EM simulation experience with CST/HFSS/ADS, plus expertise in passive integration and ECSS-based workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Solid experience in RF antenna design and phased arrays.
Experience with EM simulation and RF design tools (CST, HFSS, ADS).
Expertise in passive integration and RF technologies (PCB design, waveguides, LTCC, radomes, FSS, feeding networks).
Background in radar/communication systems and working within ECSS-like frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems from requirements to production.
Drive AESA radar antenna design across multiple frequency bands (X, S, etc.).
Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: mechanical, RF, FW/SW, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Develop and execute verification & validation plans (RF, environmental, thermal, mechanical).
Oversee antenna measurements (anechoic chamber, near-field, far-field).
Support industrialization processes, including manufacturing documentation and supplier coordination.
Contribute to ESA/ECSS-based projects and compliance frameworks.
