INSTER - Grupo Oesía seeks a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to guide the end-to-end development of phased array antennas for defence and space programmes. You will define architectures, drive AESA designs across X and S bands, and ensure seamless integration with radar and comms systems.

You will coordinate with mechanical, RF, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, while supporting verification, validation, and industrialization activities in ECSS-driven environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in RF antenna design and development, including phased array systems.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic simulation and RF design tools such as CST, HFSS, and ADS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems (from requirements to production)
• Drive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands (X, S, etc.)
• Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: mechanical, RF, FW/SW, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Develop and execute verification & validation plans (RF, environmental, thermal, mechanical)
• Oversee antenna measurements (anechoic chamber, near-field, far-field)
• Support industrialization processes, including manufacturing documentation and supplier coordination
• Contribute to ESA / ECSS-based projects and compliance frameworks
