Job summary

Grupo Oesía is seeking a V&V Engineer to contribute to high-value projects and deliver robust RF and radome solutions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, defining requirements and planning technical solutions across departments.

You will also verify equipment functionality, conduct RF measurements, and prepare documentation while maintaining strong customer liaison. This role offers growth within a technology-driven environment in Spain.

Qualifications

• Experience in radio frequency design and in radome design and simulation.
• Experience in system-level testing.
• Test requirements and procedures in DOORS.
• Preparation and management of technical documentation.
• Validate and verify that the equipment functions correctly.
• Serve as the point of contact with the customer.
• Knowledge of RF, such as tools like spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Defining technical requirements and designing solutions based on those requirements.
• Planning the technical solution in collaboration with the other departments involved.
• Conducting hardware testing of the product.
• Commissioning and performing radio frequency measurements on the designed equipment, along with preparing the corresponding documentation.
• Generating the bill of materials.
