Description

In this role, you will :

  1. Lead digital shelf ecosystem architecture, development, integration, implementation, and operations in collaboration with content, Ad Tech, and data & analytics teams.
  2. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for digital shelf initiatives.
  3. Provide technical support to internal stakeholders on digital shelf tools and processes.
  4. Identify and resolve technical issues related to content syndication, data mapping, and platform integrations.
  5. Manage data quality checks and validation rules to ensure accurate product listings in collaboration with data & analytics teams.
  6. Analyze digital shelf performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  7. Develop strategies to optimize content delivery and product discoverability.
  8. Maintain automated workflows for content syndication to retailer websites and marketplaces.
  9. Ensure architectural designs comply with data privacy regulations like CPRA / CCPA, GDPR, etc., in collaboration with legal, privacy, and compliance teams.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and apply relevant advancements to improve solutions.

To succeed, you should have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 9+ years in solution architecture, especially digital platforms.
  3. 3-5 years hands-on experience with digital shelf platforms and retailer APIs.
  4. Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces like Amazon Vendor Central.
  5. Familiarity with PIM, DAM, CMS systems (e.g., Aprimo, Stibo, Sitecore, Salsify, Syndigo).
  6. Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and their architectural implications.
  7. Experience with data management and integration technologies.
  8. Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, REST APIs.
  9. Experience with A/B testing, Ad Tech platforms, and marketing campaigns is a plus.
  10. Knowledge of MACH architecture and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS).
  11. Experience with SEO and analytics tagging is desirable.
  12. Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Scrum.
