Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Staff Research Scientist to lead research on interactive avatars and dyadic interactions in a senior, multidisciplinary team in Europe. You will drive model development from conception through evaluation and production, mentoring researchers and shaping the research roadmap for next-generation avatar-based AI agents.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in machine learning with diffusion models for video/avatar generation.
• Proven publication record in top conferences or demonstrable research impact.
• Strong ability to take research from idea through production.

Responsibilities

• Define research direction and roadmaps for dyadic interaction modeling.
• Advance multimodal perception and natural response generation in interactive agents.
• Develop and post-train diffusion-based models with conversational conditioning.
• Lead and mentor researchers, align research with product needs.
