A leading remote work recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Remote Telesales Executive to upsell later-life planning products to existing clients. The successful candidate will have extensive sales experience, excellent communication skills, and live in Spain or Gibraltar. This is a full-time remote role with a basic salary of £20,000 plus commission, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000.

Formación

  • Must be English speaking as primary language.
  • Must have Autonomo status and reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
  • Must possess a laptop and fast internet.

As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview :

We're looking for a high-level experienced salesperson who possesses a direct and engaging telephone demeanor. The successful candidate will be upselling customers to purchase additional later-life planning products. These customers will be active customers who already possess a will with our company, the upsellers role will be to analyze their individual case and sell further products.

Job requirements :

  • An extensive background in sales, Ideally phone sales.

Wage & Hours :

In this role, you'll enjoy a £20,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000. Commission is a % of sales.

This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role :

Monday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Tuesday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Wednesday 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Thursday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Friday 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
