Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior commercial analysts to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial decks across monthly reports, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analyses.

Fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Strong PowerPoint skills and 3+ years in FP&A or business finance required; attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly reporting slides, bridge and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages, and commentary drafting for finance reviews.
