Parexel is hiring a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) for a home-based role in Poland. You will support global study teams across start-up, conduct, and close-out, ensuring adherence to ICH/GCP and regulatory standards.

Key activities include coordinating meetings, maintaining study trackers, and assisting with protocol feasibility and country/site selection. Strong IT skills and language ability are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of global trial support or project specialist experience.
• Strong computer skills with CTMS, EDMS and MS-Office suite.
• Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide logistical support to global study teams across phases.
• Coordinate study meetings and develop presentation materials.
• Track study data and maintain CTMS/TMF documentation.
• Support HA/IRB submissions and regulatory processes.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
