Parexel International is recruiting for a Global Patient and Site Engagement – Clinical Trial Liaison in Spain. This fully remote home-based role involves engaging with KOLs, PIs, and HCPs in Oncology, driving site and patient engagement strategies, and supporting clinical operations.

A strong scientific background in oncology and MSL-like experience are required. Spanish language proficiency is mandatory; travel ~60% is expected.

Formación

• Advanced degree with 3 years oncology experience (or RN/NP/CNP/PA with Master’s and 5 years oncology experience).
• Minimum 2 years as a Medical Science Liaison or comparable role.
• Spanish required; other languages a plus.
• Experience in solid tumors/targeted therapies preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~60% of time.
• Valid driver’s license and proximity to a major airport.
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex scientific information clearly.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; concise speaking style.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strategic mindset with results focus; autonomous work style.
• Negotiation and relationship-building strengths; ability to influence without authority.
• Familiarity with geographic, healthcare, and regulatory contexts for field roles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, PIs, sub-investigators, and HCPs in Oncology.
• Lead site and patient engagement initiatives to improve operational excellence and diversity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet site engagement and recruitment goals.
• Provide scientific information and presentations in academic, community, and HCP settings.
• Communicate emerging data and clinical experience to healthcare providers.
• Support medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and sales training initiatives.
• Develop territory plans aligned with site engagement goals.
• Travel 60% and manage field-based stakeholder interactions with integrity.
